Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SPESHINDIA, we believe that customer delight is key; therefore, we stand behind all products bought at our site.

please contact us within 7 days of delivery as return and refund requests are taken up only within this framed period.

Return criteria will be:

  1. Wrong Quantity
  2. Different product
  3. Damaged / withered
  4. Leaked

In such cases and in case you receive empty parcel do write us with a picture at speshcare@gmai.com and message us on +91- 7678272734

Note:

  1. Once a return or cancellation has been processed, the money will be refunded to you within 7-10 days.

2 In the case of COD, we will ask you for bank details (Account holder name, IFSC Code, Bank Name and         Address, Account Number) and send the payment via NEFT.  OR

  1. For payments via card, net banking – the amount will be returned to the same account.
  2. Returns will be processed within 7 days of your request. Once a reverse pickup request has been generated, our courier partner will make a max of two attempts to pick up the order. If the order is not handed over to the courier partner for any reason ,the return request will be forfeited and your request will be denied.
